This position is based in the Washington, DC area and candidates must live in the Washington, DC area. Responsibilities for the Workday HRIS Analyst: - Serve as the technical point of contact for designated functions areas and assist teams in ensuring data integrity
- Act as a liaison between end users, leadership and benefits vendors to address HRIS system issues and oversee related projects
- Provide day-to-day support of the organizations' HRIS while serving as the technical liaison for Benefits and Time Tracking operations
Requirements for the Workday HRIS Analyst - Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years' Workday specific experience
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools
- Functional understanding of core HR business terminology and practices
- Strong organizational skills
