LPN/RN Job Description Location: Evergreen - 19933 W. 13 Mile, Southfield, MI, 48076 We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN/RN to join our team at Evergreen. The LPN/RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting physicians with procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist physicians with procedures
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide patient education and support
- Document patient care in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements: - Current LPN/RN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in electronic medical records
