Schedule:- Rehab/ECF facility: Monday to Sunday 7a-5p
- Call Schedule: must be available for phone calls 5p-7a
Caseload:- Percentage of Practice: Adult Inpatient - 100%
- PM&R: Sports/Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
- Average number of patients per day: 14
- Number of Physicians in a group: 7 PMR physicians
- Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: No
- Other PM&Rs be present during our locum tenens coverage: No
Worksite Resource:- X-ray onsite: YES
- Number of exam rooms: 14
- Documentation/EMR System: Epic (Hospital)
Hospital Services:- Total number of beds: 300
- Trauma level 3
- Referral/transfer protocol: Affiliated hospitals transfer from 13 miles and 28 miles are most common
Required Scope of Practice: Sub-acute (Rehab facility)
