PRIMARILY LOOKING FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY HOURS
We're looking to bring in an experience butcher who can work fast and efficiently with precision and consistency. Whether cutting meat and seafood is your passion or you're an experienced chef or sous chef looking for consistent and reliable daytime hours, we're looking for someone with strong knife skills and organization to bring on board.
An ideal candidate is:
- Consistent and reliable, efficient and productive!
- Organized and precise at all times!
- Does not have a shellfish allergy (we prep A LOT of giant river prawns)
- Accurate at recording yields and hitting pars
- MUST HAVE SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY
