• Employment Law Attorney with PAGA expertise
• Exployment Law Attorney with a School District Focus

Details :

• Compensation: $230,000 - $300,000 base salary
• Midsize Law Firm (around 200 employees) with various locations throughout California
• Mainly remote schedule, 10% of the role involes in-person meetings, training sessions, events, etc.
• Practice Area Focus: Employment Law (Defense)

Qualifications :

• 8+ years' experience as an Attorney in Employment Law in a law firm setting
• Licensed to practice in the State of California
• PAGA opening: must be an expert in PAGA as well as a skilled Litigator with experience mainly on the Defense side
• School District Focus opening: experience in public education trial defense is key, as well as strong litigation experience on the Defense side
