About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Paid Search Specialist with expertise in Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and a strong ability to build and manage Google Sites. This role combines strategic digital marketing capabilities with hands-on technical skills to deliver impactful campaigns and optimized web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis to drive ROI.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and implement paid and organic social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create engaging content and ad creatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • SEO & SEM:
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings.
  • Develop SEM strategies to complement broader marketing efforts and maximize traffic.
  • Google Sites Development:
  • Build and maintain Google Sites for internal and external use, ensuring user-friendly design and functionality.
  • Update and enhance existing Google Sites to align with branding and content strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform future strategies and optimize marketing spend.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Search, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong experience building and managing Google Sites.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, UX/UI best practices, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
