Cath Lab Surgical Technologist Location: Newton, NJ
Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: 4 days/week, 9.5-hour shifts, STEMI on-call
Job Summary: - As a Surgical Technologist in the Cath Lab, you will provide vital scrub support during cardiovascular and vascular procedures. You will also ensure that sterile techniques are followed and that equipment is properly sterilized and prepared.
Responsibilities: - Scrub in for catheterizations, PCI, and other interventional procedures.
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure the correct operation of procedural instruments.
- Monitor patients' hemodynamic status during procedures.
- Manage patient access sites and assist in post-procedural care.
Skills & Qualifications: - Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Experience with cardiovascular and vascular procedures.
