Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leave-related inquiries, including FMLA, disability, and other absences.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits and leave administration.
- Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits and leave data.
- Provide employee education and support regarding benefit options and leave policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements for benefits and leave management.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of benefits administration and leave laws, including FMLA and ADA.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Salary: $60,000-$64,000
