Full Time LPN -Day Shift-Saginaw ( Same day pay options) Job Description We are seeking a Full Time LPN to join our team in Saginaw. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility. The LPN will work under the direction of the RN and will be responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress. The LPN will also be responsible for documenting patient care and communicating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the RN
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Communicate with the healthcare team regarding patient care
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Requirements: - Current LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills
