- Call is beeper call and on weekends remote.
- Open shifts: 1/7, 1/8 -1/10, 1/13 - 1/17, 1/21 - 1/24, 1/27, 1/28 - 1/31, 2/1- 2/2, 2/3 - 2/9, 2/3 - 2/7, 2/18 - 2/21, 2/24 - 2/28
- EPIC EMR
- 60-90 day credentialing
- Trauma Level III
- 8 OR rooms
- 90% adult, 10% peds, 5% trauma
- 2-5 surgical cases per day
- 63% general, 10% OB, 10% Neuro, 1-2 Thoracic, 5% complex vascular, 5% complex orthopedic
- 10 anesthesiologists in group
- Requirements: BC/BE, CA license
- If provider has a permanent CA DEA that is preferred but not required.
