We are looking for a skilled mortgage loan officer assistant to join our top-producing team and assist our mortgage loan origination officers. Deliver swift, competent responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals. Follow up promptly on inbound leads and collaborate with our ISAs and agents on each lead. Make full use of our company-provided CRM system, ensuring it remains updated. Engage with applicants promptly, providing insightful, consultative mortgage options. Review rates, costs, and program options and keep all stakeholders informed of transaction status. Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc. Assemble loan documentation as required and necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork. Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed. Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator. Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service. Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/loan officer. Qualifications NMLS , Licensed loan officer. Proven history of originating purchase loans. Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to use video conferencing daily. A college degree is strongly preferred. Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.). Live in Denver, CO. High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in finance or banking preferred. NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired. Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients. Possess an understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, commercial loans, etc. Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment.
