How You'll Perform the Role Perform general cleanup of all areas of the plant as directed Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Record and maintain sanitation records and sign off completed projects Work safely with cleaning chemicals used at the plant Capacity to take direction Follow all Quality requirements to avoid contamination while cleaning Must be able to obtain Forklift License Follow all GMP and operational sanitation practices in the plant Strong attention to detail Other duties as assigned Daily COVID sanitation Flexible on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises What We Need From You Highly organized, self-motivated, and safety focused Good Communication and People skills Good attendance and safety record and be motivated to work overtime Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary Able to distinguish colors What You'll Get From Us With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance (including Telehealth options) as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
