Our client is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to take ownership and help shape the the HR department of this progressive fast growing enterprise. This role will focus on helping shape company culture, manage talent, and ensure effective HR practices align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop HR strategies that support company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, employee development, and performance management
• Foster a positive work culture, address employee concerns, and ensure a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to stay competitive in the market.
• Ensure HR practices comply with laws and regulations and manage employee health and safety programs.
• Oversee HR processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and improving employee experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage HR teams and handle complex situations with professionalism.
