Clutch is looking for a VP of Accounts on behalf of our client.
About the Role:
As the Vice President of Accounts, you will be responsible for leading and managing our client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth. You will oversee all Account Department staff, fostering a culture of excellence, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Proactively identify client needs and develop innovative solutions to exceed expectations.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of account managers, directors, etc. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term client strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure profitability and optimize resource allocation.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
• 12+ years of experience in agency account management or brand management.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the marketing industry, including digital, PR, and creative disciplines.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
