Real Estate Finance/Lending Attorney-Temp Position

Prominent Manhattan law firm with a real estate-oriented practice is seeking a mid to senior level real estate attorney with 3+ years’ experience to assist in all components of sophisticated commercial real estate lender representation. Duties include representing financial institutions in financing commercial, residential and mixed-use properties, draft commercial loan documents (mezzanine, construction, and bridge loans),draft commitment letters, review title reports, etc. This is a full-time temporary position that should last several months, with a possibility of converting permanent down the road.
