Job Description

The National Pork Board is seeking a dynamic Delivery Lead to join the IT team. The IT Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing and executing delivery timelines, ensuring successful rollout of IT projects, and facilitating communication across teams working with key stakeholders and project managers to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Sales Force platform, PM tools (Wrike), as well as experience with Paylocity and LMS tools.


Responsibilities

  • Backlog creation and management
  • User story creation, functional specifications, detailed requirements
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and IT
  • Salesforce enhancement and upgrade administration leadership
  • Administrative management of LMS for upgrades (Moodle)
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Creation of project documentation (scope, timeline, user stories)
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Salesforce tools
  • General ability to work in a PM tool (Wrike preferred)
  • Opensource LMS tools such as Moodle
  • Proficient working in all Microsoft Office tools (Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in Miro or similar tool
  • High aptitude for technology and ability to work on road mapping exercises with IT staff
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree - IT Management, Business Management, Communications
  • Agile Certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, IT Delivery Lead, or related role.

National Pork Board's corporate office is in Clive, Iowa. Ability to work in the office on a hybrid (3 days/week) schedule is required.


Full time salary range: $100K-$120K

Please note: This starting range is based on a general market pay assessment. However, individual salary decisions take into account a variety of factors including but not limited to: business and local market conditions, internal equity, and overall candidate skills, education and experience.
