A regional Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney in Trust & Estates.

• 6 years of estate planning and estate administration experience.
• Hybrid schedule, 3 days in 2 at home.

Primary responsibilities include:

Drafting wills, trusts and other estate-planning documents and preparation of estate tax returns. Candidate must demonstrate an ability to analyze issues and possess strong research and writing skills. Portable business a plus.

A background in accounting or tax law and/or elder law a plus. EOE
