Job Duties:

• Assists with completion of and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and develops sanitation standard operation procedures
• Developing work schedules, measuring performance, and monitoring historical trends is a responsibility of the Sanitation Supervisor
• Conduct safety training on company Management System Procedures and work instructions to comply with OSHA regulations
• Maintain all pertinent records, reports and paperwork as needed partnered with production and maintenance resources to meet plant objectives as the Sanitation Supervisor
• Develop Sanitation Standard Operational Procedures (SSOP) according to federal regulations for all sanitation activities
• Maintain GMP provisions and monitor team member practices that relate to cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong sanitation experience in a Food/Beverage manufacturing environment
• Experience supervising employees
• Strong HAACP & CIP knowledge
• Ability to work on-site in Alsip, IL
• Ability to work weekend shift (Friday-Sunday 5pm-5am) - MUST!!
