Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Law Clerk at CAPRARA BARRISTERS (CBLAW) in North York, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. The Law Clerk will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients and stakeholders, and conducting research.

Qualifications

• Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Research and Writing abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Most have a Minimum of 2 years' experience in Personal Injury Tort and Accident Benefits.
