Drake International is hiring a variety of full-time and contract roles on behalf of a reputable healthcare provider in Vancouver. We are currently seeking organized and patient-focused professionals to contribute to a dynamic medical office environment. These roles are perfect for individuals looking for a supportive workplace where they can grow and make a positive impact on patient care.


What We Offer:

  • Schedule: Variety of shifts available: Monday to Friday, day shifts, evening shifts, weekends as needed.
  • Wages: Competitive pay of $22–$25 per hour, based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
  • Support billing processes, insurance claims, and payment collection.
  • Collection of outstanding accounts (A.R.), daily rejections, remittances.
  • Prepare and stock examination rooms and manage medical supplies.
  • Assist medical staff with administrative tasks and office operations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Certification or diploma in Medical Office Administration is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in medical office software and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with EMR systems is a must.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach.
