Our client, Waterworks Pools & Spas, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on-site in Moncton, NB.
Waterworks Pools & Spas is a family-owned and operated swimming pool and spa company. A holder of national and international award-winning pool designs, Waterworks manages a beautiful backyard-living showroom along with service, commercial and installation departments to create Atlantic Canada's premier pool and spa company. Their mission is improving family time, one backyard at a time.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner will contribute to the development and success of the company. They provide professional services for the development, promotion, and implementation of human resources management programs. They facilitate activities related to personnel recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and employee record management, and advise employees, supervisors, and managers on various policies and procedures, employee benefits and allowances, and development and training activities.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll be:
- Leading recruitment and staffing processes.
- Coordinating activities related to employee benefits, pensions, and group insurance management.
- Managing the performance appraisal process, various trainings, and recognition programs.
- Implementing all other HR initiatives and special projects, as needed.
- Leading Safety System and making improvements as needed
What we’re looking for:
- You have a post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration (with a concentration in Human Resources) or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in human resources.
- You are an energetic, customer-centric professional looking to grow their experience in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong attention to detail and love to stay organized.
- You thrive working in team environments and fast-paced, pressure situations, with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
