We have an exciting position open for a HR Business Partner in Mukwonago, WI . This role is responsible for executing people strategies, managing and developing human capital and offering both strategic and tactical support to assigned Business Partners within North America Closures region.
This is how your journey begins:
- Fosters and exemplifies Aptar's culture and Core Values as a steward for the Region/Division/Site.
- Strategically and tactically develops the HR strategy within the assigned Region.
- Proactively supports Senior Executives, providing expertise and guidance on any People-related matter, across the employee life cycle.
- Supports key Region business projects and initiatives from a People perspective.
- Drives and coordinates the application of the overall HR Agenda in the Region and implements the yearly HR calendar (activities such as Salary planning, LGS, OED, Performance Review, Objectives Setting, Talent Review)
- Champions Aptar HR guidelines and tools developed by the CoE and Service Delivery, ensuring that they meet business needs
- Coordinates work with Talent Management on strategic people matters such as workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, organization design, change management, succession planning
- Collaborates with Talent Acquisition for key recruitment initiatives
- Partners with Learning and Development to define future training and development needs.
- Collaborates with relevant local HR BPs for individual personnel issues
- Utilizes HR KPI’s to understand level of service offered to business and drive actions as applicable.
- Handles conflicts, fostering understanding, advancing ideas and inspiring trust.
- Manages and develops his / her teams: leads and executes on strategic talent development of HR staff.
What you will bring on the journey
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a field related to Human Resources Management, organizational studies, or business management/administration.
- Any additional HR certifications
Experience
- 5+ years of HR experience as HR Business partners operating in multinational, complex, matrix organizations
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating effective leadership, talent development, and strategic decision-making related to team supervision
- 5+ years expertise of HR policies and resolution of complex HR matters
- Business acumen: knowledgeable about business literacy, financial, strategy, culture and competition
- Good understanding of Legal and Labor relations in various countries
