Position overview:
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly by keeping everything clean and organized. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a team and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and efficiently.

- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.

- Assist chefs with basic food prep duties as needed.

- Ensure that all food waste is disposed of properly.

- Help manage stock by receiving deliveries and organizing supplies.

- Maintain a safe working environment by following  health and safety regulations.

- Support the kitchen team with any additional tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high hygiene standards.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items as required.
