The Backal Hospitality Group is growing its culinary leadership team and is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead and inspire our team of dedicated culinary professionals. Under the direction of the Vice President of Culinary this role will work in partnership and provide collaborative efforts in managing the daily operations, menu development, providing mentorship and coaching, fostering relationships with purveyors and the ability to flex one’s creative competencies.
In addition to technical skills, qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of proven management skills within a fine dining and or high -volume environment coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
