• Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills

• Time spent in the trenches of Michelin-starred restaurants or other high-performing environments where excellence is a way of life
• Previous experience with restaurant openings, product launches, or large scale project management
• A love affair with wine and beverages - whether you're a certified sommelier or just passionate about learning
• Experience in the world of luxury hospitality where every detail matters
• A food journey that might include culinary school, time in kitchens, or adventures meeting farmers and producers
• Experience with special events and private dining management
• A genuine passion for sustainability and supporting local producers
