• Prepare and plate cold dishes (salads, appetizers, charcuterie) with precision and creativity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station.
• Follow food safety standards and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Garde Manger or similar role, preferably in fine dining.
• Strong knife skills and a keen eye for presentation.
• Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a positive attitude.
