The Billing Specialist will be instrumental in managing a high volume of invoices-between 200 and 400 each month-using the NetSuite platform. The role will focus on the more complex AIA construction invoices, handling about 40 of these each month. You will also assist the accounts receivable team with billing and collections calls, ensure accuracy and compliance in AIA invoicing, and manage lien waivers. Additionally, you'll resolve any billing discrepancies, particularly those related to AIA invoicing, and maintain effective communication with both internal teams and clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has significant experience in this specialized area.
