You will be responsible for processing 75 invoices a day.nnLocation: , Kingston, New York, 12402,nnJob Type: Full-Time , Monday - Friday 8 - 5 PM (Onsite fully)nnJob Summary:nnProcess outgoing payments in compliance with policies and procedures typically via ACH & company credit card (AMEX)nnPerform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable datannPrepare contracts and contract renewals for vendors using approved templatesnnReconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.nnVerify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statementsnnFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clientsnnGenerate reports detailing accounts payables statusnnUnderstands compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)nnCommunicate effectively, openly and honestly, with staff and leaders on a consistent basisnnQualifications:nn2+ years of Accounts Payable experiencennHigh School Diploma minimum (college preferrednnPay and BenefitsnnThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00nnEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
