  Manage client billings and keep our budget reports on point.

  Be a go-to partner for our account team, making sure client budgets and billing are smooth sailing.

  Keep an eye on aged receivables, following up on overdue invoices like a pro.

  Verify, reconcile, and process accounts payable invoices to keep us in good standing with our vendors.

  Help with our bi-monthly check run and make sure our vendors are all set up with accurate paperwork.
