Accounting Clerk Type: Full-Time
LHH is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk with a strong emphasis on accounts payable and assistance in accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and be proficient in data entry and filing, ensuring our financial processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Assist in accounts receivable tasks, including tracking payments and following up on outstanding invoices.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Organize and file documents to ensure easy access to important information.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end close activities.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts payable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
