LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Accounting Clerk in Vernon, CA . If you have a strong background in accounting, specifically in accounts payable and accounts receivable - this could be the position for you!
This position is contract to hire paying $23-27/hour , based on experience.
Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Manage accounts receivable
functions, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Utilize strong Excel skills, particularly pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues and provide support as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Accounting experience, with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in working with ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, are preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of month-end close procedures and general accounting principles.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
