Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and repairing high-volume office printers and industrial copiers. Your work will ensure that our customers experience seamless functionality and support for their document management needs.
Job Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair technical issues in office printers, copiers, and related equipment at client locations and in-house.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and equipment advancements.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in printer/copier repair or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater Columbus Area to service client locations.
