Are you passionate about coordinating innovative architectural projects and delivering exceptional client solutions? Join our dynamic team as a Job Captain and play a pivotal role in shaping projects from concept to completion. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge designs while collaborating with skilled architects, consultants, and project managers.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the creation and management of project deliverables under the mentorship of a Registered Architect.
  • Organize, maintain, and distribute project documentation to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and manage BIM models following our company standards for accuracy and consistency.
  • Support BIM modelers and consultants by troubleshooting and resolving modeling challenges.
  • Communicate with consultants and design partners to ensure accurate, clash-free deliverables.
  • Assist with quality control, permitting processes, and responding to regulatory comments.
  • Provide support for construction administration, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and preparing field reports.
  • Conduct field surveys to document existing conditions and translate them into virtual models.
  • Produce engaging architectural visualizations and graphics that capture project vision.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement for project workflows.
  • Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes, and facilitate smooth project progression.

What You Bring

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (essential).
  • Basic experience with AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
  • Proven ability to produce and coordinate detailed project deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture or construction coordination.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and architectural visualization software.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Active pursuit of architectural registration (preferred, but not required).
