Job Summary
The Sonographer is responsible for performing ultrasonic diagnostic procedures for patients as ordered.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate of an A.M.A. approved school in a related health field (i.e., Cardiovascular Technology) is required.
- Two to three years of additional ultrasound experience/training preferred.
Certification/Licensure/Registrations
- ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) registration in OB/GYN and Abdominal modalities within six months of hire date is required.
