Graza is looking for a Creative Director to lead creative direction and strategy across all brand channels. The Creative Director is a senior creative leader who will collaborate closely with the brand / marketing team and report to Graza's VP of Marketing. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that this person will commute into Graza's Brooklyn office 3-4 days / week.
What you'll do: - Own and evolve Graza's creative strategy, visual identity, and brand guidelines in collaboration with the brand and marketing team - ensuring consistency and excellence across design and messaging
- Oversee the creative direction and strategy for all brand campaigns, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives from ideation through execution
- Drive the development of best-in-class creative across all brand and media channels, including integrated campaigns, paid social, email, web, TV, and offline
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish the brand campaign calendar
- Lead the planning and production of all brand photo and video shoots, in collaboration with the internal brand team and external agencies
- Oversee all creative approval processes pertaining to design, copy, and video content
- Build, lead, and develop Graza's internal creative team, including a creative strategist, copywriter, graphic designer, and video producer
- Manage the creative production budget
- Build and foster relationships with external creative partners, including agencies and freelancers
RequirementsThe ideal candidate: - Is an equally creative and strategic brand / creative leader, with 3+ years of experience leading a creative team
- Has significant experience building, managing, and developing internal creative teams
- Understands the value of scrappiness and resourcefulness in developing best-in-class creative
- Is ridiculously organized and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple high-impact projects at the same time
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Thinks outside the box
- Can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knows what it takes to massively scale creative output while ensuring creative excellence
