Position Overview
RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy is an internationally award-winning, growing Memphis agency known for our commitment to operational excellence and people-centered values. As our Sr Manager of HR Operations, you'll take ownership of the core elements that make a productive workforce possible: recruiting, training, human resources, job expectations, payroll, and the tools for success. This role also includes oversight of accounts receivable and payable to ensure financial accuracy that supports our operations. As we expand nationally, this position will also bring exciting growth opportunities, helping to scale our workforce and ensure our high standards are met across a larger footprint.
The ideal candidate has a balanced skill set in HR, training, and operational management, with a results-driven approach to supporting agency growth.
The Sr Manager of HR Operations will have one direct report in addition to overseeing our accounting, technology, benefits and legal providers.
Daily Activities Include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract the right talent to align with our core values.
- Implementing and overseeing training programs that elevate team performance and ensure clarity in job expectations across all roles.
- Facilitating payroll processes to ensure accurate, timely compensation.
- Developing and documenting clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other resources to support team success and training the pack to these processes.
- Monitoring accounts receivable and payable with our CPA's support, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with revenue and expenses.
- Fostering an inclusive, supportive, and motivating workplace culture that reflects and reinforces our Pack DNA.
- Facilities management including office maintenance and oversight of IT support for the pack.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following skills:
- Proven experience in HR management, including recruiting, employee training, and development.
- Operational management expertise with a focus on process documentation and SOP implementation.
- Basic understanding of financial processes, including AR/AP, to ensure alignment between operations and agency finances.
- Experience building compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align teams with core agency values and job expectations.
- High self-accountability, with a commitment to maintaining deadlines and delivering work with no surprises.
