As our Senior Analyst Relations Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing our global AR and PR strategies. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships with the media, analysts, and industry influencers. What you'll do- Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive AR and PR strategy aligned with Benevity's business objectives to improve share of voice and drive pipeline creation attribution
- Analyst Relations: Lead and execute Benevity's Analyst relations functionality driving strategy and support program activities such as proactive briefings, analyst inquiries and interviews. Track, report and distribute notable mentions, tips and callouts from analyst interactions, new research papers, social conversations, and coverage
- Public Relations: Write and develop excellent quality bylines, press releases, pitches, emails, briefing sheets and written interview responses
- Media Relations: Manage media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and interviews. Develop compelling narratives by leveraging insights curated from Benevity leadership, proprietary data and research as well as client and nonprofit stories
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor targeted activities, coverage and analyze sentiment to identify opportunities and challenges. Measure share of voice and content attribution to business health as leading indicators of success
- Agency Management: Manage and oversee PR agencies to ensure effective execution of PR campaigns. Work collaboratively with PR agencies to prepare regular media reports to illustrate Benevity's media and brand performance
- Collaboration across the business: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all external communications
- Speaking Engagements: Secure and manage high profile key speaking engagement for executives with target audiences and analysts. Prepare spokespeople for engagements and assist with tailoring content for audiences
- Crisis Comms: Manage external and reputational crisis communications working cross functionally with teams to support on strategy, mitigation, and messaging
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and analysts
What you'll bring - 6+ years proven experience in analyst relations and 2+ in public relations
- Experience leading PR for a global B2B company overseeing multiple markets
- Agency experience is a plus
- PR Expertise: Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communications, and experience managing agencies and external vendors
- Communications Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
