Enterprise Change Management Strategist, Lead
The Opportunity: This is an opportunity to have an impact that will transform the Firm. As a member of the Corporate Strategy and Transformation team, you'll lead interactions with all levels within the Firm to plan and implement the capabilities and enabling tools required to meet business needs. You'll develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between the Firm's high-level vision, strategy, and capabilities and the people, process, and technical solutions, while considering the identified constraints and existing technology. You'll present recommendations to the internal team and the internal client, clearly articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy and providing techniques for implementation. You'll participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic and changing project environments. As a change strategy consultant, you'll identify and anticipate future needs as you create their way forward.
You will Drive Alignment and Engagement with Sponsors and Executive Leadership, by interfacing directly with Executive Sponsors and representing ECM in key strategy and project meetings and project governance forums, such as stage gates, and steering committees. You will strategically integrate change and connect the dots by making meaningful connections across other initiatives and to companywide strategy in both change design, messaging, and approach. As part of this you'llmonitor resourcing needs and partner directly with other function
s in the organization to deliver integrated, quality solutions. You will lead change strategy and drive execution by demonstrating visible ECM thought leadership in the change design phase and throughout the effort, shape, design, develop, and execute the Change Strategy and associated plans, including change impact assessments, stakeholder or audience impact analyses, change barrier assessments, and rollout plans, author core messaging, positioning, and case for change. You will identify risks and implement sound strategies to mitigate, and own and drive any regular change management meeting cadences for a project if needed. You Have:- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy or Transformation, or Strategy Consulting with Government or Commercial Clients
- Experience leading strategic frameworks and methodology development, organizational design and assessment, and organizational change management
- Experience leading and implementing change management initiatives of large-scale organizational or technology transformations, including serving in both Lead roles and Execution or Content-Driven roles
- Experience integrating programs and developing and managing overarching program or project plans
- Experience with strategic frameworks and methodology development, organizational design of assessment, or organizational change management
- Knowledge of change theory to effectively carry out complex enterprise-wide change
- Ability to design, structure, and lead teams or projects and deliverables
- Ability to work effectively across the organization, leveraging matrixed teams and building coalitions to realize shared objectives
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
