Duties: Responsible for Formal Verification (FV) technical engagements. Working with the Account Managers and Account Technology Managers to qualify, win, and deploy formal products and apps in customer's verification flow. Uncovering, scoping, and technical validity of the solutions to achieve the customer's design and verification objectives. Orchestrating and executing formal campaigns in focus accounts. Working with product marketing to develop. roadmap and supporting sales collaterals to drive growth of formal business. Delivering ongoing customer training classes and consulting related to advance verification topics, as well as assisting in driving the adoption of customer design and verification process.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Applications Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
-Working with Formal Verification (FV) techniques;
-Implementing FV flows and using the flows in ASIC and SOC designs
-Working with customers to adopt Formal Verification tools including Questa Autocheck, Questa Covercheck and Questa Propcheck
-Semiconductor design, verification, and testbench development.
Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policy. 20% Domestic Travel Required.
