A Modifly
Program Manager takes ownership of all media projects within a program to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with set objectives. Confidence and creativity are essential for addressing business needs, managing resources, and resolving any issues that may arise, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional media solutions that drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day management of digital media projects and their successful execution, including analytics, creative development digital marketing campaigns, influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, from initiation through implementation and deployment.
- Ensuring efficient utilization and maximum profitability, all while solving operational challenges as they arise.
- Work as a team with the operational department to consistently streamline and improve agency process.
- Ensure adherence to agency standards with the highest quality deliverables, meeting all project milestones and deadlines.
- Optimize activation and utilization of project management software, ensuring agency operational success.
- Effectively balance resources, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks and pre-empt issues specific to digital media projects.
- Draft contracts and help design innovative delivery teams tailored to meet and exceed digital media campaign objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project timelines, coordinating activities across agency departments (e.g., creative, media, strategy) and client stakeholder teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal team members to ensure seamless project execution and exceed client expectations.
- Foster a collaborative "one team" approach between the client and agency, promoting effective communication and cooperation.
- Clarify strategic requirements, manage client and stakeholder expectations, and communicate roadblocks and resolutions to ensure key project deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively and succinctly across a wide range of roles and personalities, both within the agency and with external clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Requirements- 8+ years project management and/or program management experience
- Must have direct digital media project management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to operate under tight deadlines
- Ability to work across multiple projects, utilizing and sharing multiple resources
- Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
