As a Human Resources Business Partner at arrivia, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy. You'll work closely with leaders across the organization to drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing expert guidance on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Employee Development: Coach and mentor leaders and employees, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional growth.
  • Change Management: Navigate organizational changes effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
  • Compliance: Advise on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and optimize HR processes.
  • Labor Relations: Manage union relations, collective bargaining agreements, and grievance procedures.
  • Leave Management: Oversee and administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong experience in labor relations, leave management, and change management
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
