This position will provide overall leadership and strategy for the marketing organization. Develop imi branding initiatives around advertising, social media, corporate communications, and public relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a robust Marketing organization that provides strategy to strengthen the company's market position and achieve desired business goals.
- Strengthen the organization's market presence in the geographic regions that imi's portfolio of companies operates in
- Active member of the leadership team
- Provide focus on community involvement initiatives
- Develop internal communications that recognize company and individual achievements
Enhance social media presence in line with company goals and objectives - Form strategic partnerships that positively influence imi branding
- Oversee the coordination of various internal leadership events and programs
- Establish e-marketing presence through out the companies footprint
- Develop corporate standards for written communication
- Ensure the standards of the corporate image is being upheld to a level
- Analyze marketing metrics to provide guidance to various functions in the organization
- Develop and execute a data driven approach to marketing across a variety of channels including but not limited to digital platforms, emails, and social media.
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and drive marketing decisions based on KPI's and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- 10 + years of progressive experience in Corporate Marketing and Communications
- 5+ years of Managing a Corporate Marketing function
- Ability to influence at an executive level
- Excellent communication skills
- Documented experience with electronic marketing initiatives
- Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus
