Position Overview:The Analytics Manager - Tableau Specialist will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, visual insights that drive strategic decision-making. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and management of Tableau dashboards and reports, providing actionable analysis, and supporting data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Dashboard Development and Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure dashboards are visually compelling, user-friendly, and tailored to meet the needs of various teams (e.g., marketing, sales, client services).
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance data, including campaign effectiveness, audience segmentation, and market trends.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on Tableau usage and best practices.
- Data Integrity and Quality:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and performing routine data quality checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Strategy and Optimization:
- Use data insights to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and improving campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to continuously enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Tableau dashboard development and management.
- Proven experience in working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights from complex data.
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the advertising and marketing industry is a plus.
