Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead our sales strategy and execution, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in customer acquisition and exceptional management skills. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee a team of 5+ sales professionals, cultivate a high-performance culture, and shape the strategic direction of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with PX's mission to optimize customer acquisition and enhance brand growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Execution: Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring effective prospecting, relationship building, and closing of enterprise-level deals that maximize lead performance.
  • Market Insight: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of value to clients.
  • Performance Metrics: Set clear KPIs and sales targets, monitor team performance, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and drive results.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership roles, with a significant background in customer acquisition, lead generation, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: A strong history of building and leading sales teams that consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to articulate a clear vision for the sales department and inspire the team to pursue ambitious goals.
  • Management Skills: Robust management experience, focusing on coaching, development, and performance enhancement.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the lead generation landscape, including market dynamics and best practices for optimizing lead performance.
