We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to own and execute our global and regional social media presence. You will be responsible for creating original text, image, and video content, managing a schedule, and proactively responding to followers across 28+ countries. You will manage our company image and reputation in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing and company growth goals.

With more than 100K LinkedIn followers and our reputation as the #1 industry leader in the MarTech space, this is a highly dynamic role that requires the successful candidate to take extreme ownership of our social media profiles, working across multiple timezones and countries with stakeholders from our Regional Marketing Team, Marketing Leadership Team, and Executive Teams. 

As our Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, and how they apply to B2B, Tech and SaaS companies. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively and coherently. 

Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, ensuring high-levels of engagement, to grow our web traffic and follower rates, to support our company's growth. 
Responsibilities
  • Perform extensive research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Own and execute a social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI and Performance Management of Social Media 
  • Manage a social media schedule across 28+ countries, including templated post-types and one-off posts e.g. tradeshows, conferences, and hosted events
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and marketing leadership team on projects, and needs
  • Write and execute social media posts and plans for company Co-Founders to increase awareness and leverage their profiles in line with the company goals
  • Work closely with sub-function leaders in Design, Development, Product Marketing, Talent Marketing, and Program Management to deliver social media campaigns in line with company objectives 
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Monitor Social Media's impact on SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor engagement e.g. comments
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  • Assist in the creation of digital, video, audio, and copy content
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager in a B2B, Tech or SaaS company
  • Experience in creating social media strategies
  • Hands-on experience in working with content and design to execute a social media plan on time
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of wider digital marketing 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Able to work well under pressure 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extremely comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 
  • Able and willing to work outside of typical working hours to collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage projects across the globe
  • Proven ability to work well with senior leaders, including working flexibly, managing urgencies, and receiving feedback
  • Familiar with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce and Social Media specific tools such as Sprout Social
  • Experience responding to emergencies and managing company reputation
  • BSc degree in English, Communications Marketing or a relevant field, preferred
  • Experience as a copywriter or a content role, preferred
