Description

Role Description:
• Build parallel and sequence jobs to induce, transform and load data to the Medicaid data warehouse and decision support system.
• Create and maintain the data source to target mapping and design artifacts.
• Support and monitor production ETL data load along with issue troubleshooting and resolution.
• Work with the team to evaluate business needs and priorities, liaise with key business partners and address team needs related to ETL and Reports Development.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications; establish and define details, definitions, and requirements of applications, components, and enhancements.
• Should demonstrate expertise in IBM DS and Cognos Framework Manager modeling. This includes designing different metadata layers and implementing complex business logic and should be familiar with transactional and dimensional modeling.
• Metadata creation, creating report specifications, integration, test planning, testing, and implementation support using IBM Cognos.
• Build the reporting solution adhering to the Datawarehouse concept.
• Resolve data and performance issues by coordinating with the database team.
• Interacting with the business team and understanding reporting requirements.
