- Business Architect for the NOC Incident/Change/Problem/Vendor Management design and workflows
- Acting as the liaison between the NOC and the Service Management team to design, test, validate, implement, and release new features and enhancements with TSM, FSM, and CMDB
- Providing Design and Architecture support for TSM (Incident, Change, and Problem), FSM (Work Order Management), and CMDB
Required Skills:

- ETOM/ITIL certification, ServiceNow Architect, System Administrator, or Implementor Certification
- 3 or more years of hands-on experience designing and implementing business requirements
