As a Public Relations Manager, you will bring your creativity to the strategic direction and your skills to the execution of media relations campaigns for Rocket Companies' FinTech brands, including Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Homes, Rocket Money, and many more rapidly growing ventures. Your role is pivotal in showcasing how Rocket revolutionizes homeownership, highlighting innovations through compelling narratives that include Super Bowl commercials, PGA TOUR events and million-dollar sweepstakes along with ongoing media relations. Drawing upon your media relations expertise, you will craft and convey these stories in innovative and captivating ways.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive media relations programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and local media, as well as industry analysts
  • Conceptualize, write and pitch compelling story ideas to reporters, editors and producers
  • Plan and manage press tours, conferences and events
  • Coordinate and secure speaking engagements
  • Collaborate independently with executive leadership
  • Oversee and drive large-scale, critically impactful projects for the organization


About You
  • 5 years of experience in public relations or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism or a related field
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suit
