Customer Service Representative
A highly successful Missoula HVAC company of 35 years is looking for a career-minded Customer Service Representative to join their team. This locally owned and operated family business is committed to outstanding customer service and offers an excellent opportunity to join a great group of HVAC professionals.
Essential Job Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming calls providing excellent customer service.
- Schedule Service and Maintenance appointments.
- Check for voicemails from customers.
- Check email - Bookable calls (online submissions / direct messages from customers or vendors)
- Process Vendor Bills, Returns, Customer Invoices, and payments.
- Check mail, scan, and file documents promptly.
- Manage Customer Collections.
- Maintain vehicle maintenance log.

Qualifications:- Experience in the HVAC industry or mechanical knowledge/construction is helpful but not required.
- Maintain a friendly phone demeanor even when dealing with upset customers.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook Calendars.)
- Be quick-thinking and organized.
- Professional communication and time management skills.
