Your Role
- Diverse Caseload: Manage a blend of litigation matters, including tort (personal injury or malpractice), commercial disputes, employment law, and probate & chancery matters.
- Legal Writing: Draft and refine motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other legal documents critical to case strategy.
- Courtroom Presence: Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and court appearances, depending on your experience and aptitude.
Who You Are
- Emerging Litigator: 1-3 years of experience in tort, commercial, employment, or probate & chancery litigation.
- Strong Writer: Exceptional drafting skills for briefs, motions, and discovery documents.
- Driven & Collaborative: Eager to grow under the guidance of seasoned trial lawyers in a supportive, client-focused environment.
